What is Archimedes principal?

Archimedes principal state that the upthrust ( upward ) force that are exerted on the body by fluid , the object which are floating on fluid is equal to the weight of the fluid that the body displaces . Means that when the object float on fluid it displace the volume of fluid , the fluid which displace by the volume of the object are same , and both volume ( displaced fluid and the part of object floating ) have same mass or weight .
